Description

This course covers basic aspects of the German language and culture within familiar contexts, for example, food and drink in Germany, shopping and travel. Classes are lively and fun with a focus on speaking and listening with interaction between group members. We use the ‘BBC Talk German Book 1’. By the end of the course you will have acquired sufficient ‘survival’ language to get by on a visit to Germany.
PLEASE NOTE: IN TERM 2 AND 3 THIS COURSE IS A CONTINUATION FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMPLETED ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS IN TERM 1 OR WHO HAVE A LITTLE PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE OF GERMAN.

The Triangle Annexe (upstairs room, no lift)

The Triangle Annexe, Chorley Old Road, Bolton, Greater Manchester, BL1 5SH

This building was previously known as Delph Hill Annexe. It is situated at the entrance to the Doffcocker Lodge car park. There is parking on Chorley Old Road, on the Lodge car park and limited parking at the centre where priority will be given to disabled badge holders. It is well served by buses including the 125 and 126 and also the frequent 501 bus which drops you in New Church Road close by.
