The course includes a detailed investigation of the Bolton at the time, the aims of this pioneering study, the leaders, the observers (locals as well as affluent ‘foreigners’), the observed, the observations, the findings, the local legacy and the impact it has had on Bolton today.
The Triangle Centre
The Triangle - Community Methodist Church is at the junction of Chorley Old Road and New Church Road Bolton. The entrance is on Chorley Old Road. It can be reached easily by car. Either from the roundabout at the junction of Chorley Old Road and Moss Bank Way or by driving up Chorley Old Road from Bolton. It is well served by buses 125 and 126 dropping you outside the front door on Chorley Old Road. The 501 drops you on New Church Road.
