This course aims to encourage Spanish speaking and listening skills for the purpose of practical communication. It includes small group work, role-play and discussion as well as whole class participation. Students have said of the course: ‘the major attraction is that we speak Spanish all of the time’; ‘we occasionally do grammatical exercises’; ‘interesting discussion on a variety of topics – great fun’; ‘a stimulating environment with lots of conversation and exchange of ideas – all in Spanish’.
